Experience one of Scottsdale's premiere steakhouses by acclaimed chef Michael Mina—offering contemporary American fare with a focus on the finest all-natural, organic and hormone-free cuts of beef poached in butter and finished a over wood-burning grill. Savor classic American fare at Ironwood American Kitchen. As the main dining room at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, this casual bistro offers fresh all day fare in a warm and inviting atmosphere overlooking the resort’s South Pool. The menu features a variety of hearty, wood-fired specialties such as flatbread pizzas, sandwiches and oven roasted nachos, as well as mixing bowl salads and fine dining favorites including the Chef’s famous Bechamel-drizzled potato chips.
The restaurant is highlighted by an exhibition kitchen where guests can interact one-on-one with Chef Nick Marino and his team, bi-folding glass walls showcasing the beautiful Arizona weather and patio seating with fire pits for an evening under the stars.
